Wow, they were great. Our front door deadbolt stopped working, leaving my wife stuck outside and me inside. A technician from Central Lock was able to come out quickly and got us fixed up for what we though was a very reasonable charge. Technician was friendly and efficient and explained all our options along with why he was doing what he was doing. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

I received the keys in a few days in a nice envelope. When I took the keys out the first thing I noticed and felt was that the keys had sharp burrs on them, so I had to buff them out before using. Once buffed they worked perfectly.

This was the first time I have ever seen a machine keep a record of my house key and being able to come back to it if I ever loose the key I have and by a click of a bottom I can get another key. It’s so convenient.

I used the kiosk at a Menards. The machine wasn't cutting them same day, but I was mailed the new keys in about a week. I think normally the machine cuts it. They work. Theyre keys.

I made spare keys for my house & the process was easy & all of the copied keys work well. I like that the machine has a key cleaner to shave off rough edges. I will recommend this to my friends.

Mostly just bummed it wasn’t available to take home from the machine but had to wait for them to be delivered. Which missed the point of why I wanted the spare keys to begin with. Otherwise the keys arrived and worked great.
